Terms for madarX services.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of madarx.io, madarX products, accounts, prototypes, and related services, including sign-in through Google OAuth.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using madarX services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.
2. The services
madarX provides applied intelligence, workflow, governance, research, and operational software systems. Some services may be experimental, invite-only, in beta, or configured specifically for a client or workspace.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services at any time. We may also set usage limits, eligibility requirements, or access controls where needed for security, reliability, or product operations.
3. Accounts and Google OAuth
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- If you sign in with Google, you authorize madarX to use the Google account information and permissions shown on the Google consent screen for authentication and the requested product features.
- You may revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions. Some madarX features may stop working after access is revoked.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services. You must not:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, workspaces, source code, or data.
- Interfere with service integrity, security, rate limits, monitoring, or infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit malware, exploit code, unlawful content, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
- Use the services to build or operate harmful, deceptive, abusive, or illegal systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the services except as permitted by law or a written agreement.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content, data, prompts, files, messages, configurations, and outputs you submit to a madarX service, subject to any separate agreement between you and madarX.
You grant madarX the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, debug, and support your content solely for operating and improving the services and fulfilling your requested workflows.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to the services.
6. madarX intellectual property
The services, websites, software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other madarX materials are owned by madarX or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the services and madarX materials.
You may not remove proprietary notices, use madarX marks without permission, or imply an endorsement or partnership that has not been approved in writing.
7. Third-party services
madarX services may connect to third-party tools, identity providers, APIs, hosting providers, data sources, or applications, including Google services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. madarX is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and delete personal information, including information received through Google OAuth. By using the services, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
9. Fees and paid services
Some madarX services may require payment, a subscription, statement of work, or separate written agreement. Payment terms, taxes, renewals, refunds, and service-specific obligations will be stated in the applicable order, invoice, or agreement.
10. Disclaimers
AI-assisted outputs, analyses, automations, or recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making final decisions, especially for legal, financial, regulatory, medical, security, or operational matters.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, madarX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. madarX’s aggregate liability for claims related to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to madarX for the relevant service in the three months before the claim or USD 100.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless madarX from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay amounts owed, or used the services in a way that may harm madarX, users, third parties, or infrastructure. You may stop using the services at any time.
14. Governing law and disputes
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the courts or forum permitted under applicable law and any written agreement between the parties.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
